House Iris is next to the nature-area of Westerwolde, 35 km's east of Assen. The warm inside swimmingpool and the open fireplace give a gentle atmosphere. A very clean house, no shoes or smoking inside. Lots of luxury and comfort.

Iris-House

  • The inside swimmingpool is cleaned with the newest techniques, and checked by Labatorie. There is assistance for the pool if you wish at any moment. The water is 28 degrees and can be heated up to 32 if you wish.
  • The living has seats around the open fireplace and there is a big living-kitchen.
     
  • There is Wifi, , but if you do not want the radiation, we can put it off.

Location

  • House Iris is next to a nature-area with forest and heathland. Around the house you have 2500m2 garden with seats.

Rooms:

Max 17 persons / 10 sleepingrooms.
When you hire the basic, you rent for maximum 10 persons, with 4  2-persons and 2  1-person rooms and 4 bathrooms.
When you are with more people you can hire extra sleepingplaces until the maximum of 17 persons with 5 bathrooms.

Till 2 babies for whom you bring a cot to sleep, you pay nothing. (tell us when booking).

All prices are in euro’s,  deposit is € 500 per rental + € 2,- p.p./p.night touristtax. Your booking is complete after paying 35% of the total. The 65% is payed 8 weeks before arrival.
Energie (house + pool) + water, first 2 days € 120,- per day, following days € 90,- per day.
